The judicial resolution concludes clearly and categorically that neither José Ángel Sánchez Periáñez, the club's general manager and a member of its Board of Directors, nor Real Madrid Estadio S.L. are responsible for ANY criminal offense in relation to the concerts held at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, agreeing, in accordance with the request of both and with the consent of the Public Ministry, to the dismissal of the proceedings with respect to them, thus definitively ending the criminal process.
